Introduction Flow
Please contact us via the contact form, phone, email, etc. We will ask for basic information such as company size, number of employees, current welfare benefits, and desired service content.
We will propose the best plan for your company through detailed interviews online or in person. We will explain in detail the benefits and fee structure of each plan.
Once you are satisfied with the proposal, we will draw up and sign a contract. You will then be asked to submit a list of employees who wish to use the service (in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act).
We will promptly prepare to start using the service. We will provide your employees with information on how to make reservations and the flow of consultations, and we will also support the implementation of in-house briefing sessions as needed.
